We understand these orders are gifts and you have a deadline. We begin producing your order immediately after it is placed. Please make sure to check the spelling, dates, names, titles, etc. carefully, they will be printed exactly as you submitted them. 

Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible to see if your order can be canceled. We cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled before being shipped.

Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
